FOUNDER

With a vision for building something meaningful, Brittney brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience, setting the tone for everything we do.

My professional journey in real estate has been defined by a deliberate evolution from a dedicated independent contractor to a strategic brokerage owner. I began my career as a high-performing Realtor at a local brokerage. In 2015, I found Keller Williams, where I earned my Broker’s license in 2017 and consistently ranked in the top 20% of agents across combined Madison offices. During this foundational period, I focused on rigorous professional development, becoming a Real Estate Negotiations Expert and a six-time graduate of the BOLD program, which instilled in me a commitment to lead with authenticity and integrity.

My transition into leadership was formalized through my tenure as a Supervising Broker for Keller Williams from 2018 to 2019. In this role, I moved beyond individual transactions to oversee critical operations, including agent orientations, contract education, and complex mediation and arbitration hearings. This experience provided me with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and the operational nuances required to lead a firm, effectively bridging the gap between high-level policy and direct client impact.

In January 2025, I reached a defining milestone by establishing Buchholz Home Team, LLC as an independent brokerage. Transitioning to a principal broker role allowed me to fully realize my vision for a client-centered, values-driven business model in which I balance empathetic leadership with sharp fiscal and regulatory precision.

Today, I leverage my extensive background in leadership and negotiation to ensure every transaction is grounded in the quiet dependability and excellence that have been the hallmark of my decade-long career.
